Well… right about now I am mentally preparing myself for what I hope will eventually become a permanent lifestyle change. In the last 2-3 years I have gained about twenty pounds and now more than ever I feel more than ready to curb my eating habits and turn up the exercise. I want to look good and feel good about myself and health.
With this renewed effort, which will officially begin on January 2, 2014 (well just because January 1st is what I term “the last supper” so to speak… ie. family get together with food and goodies ringing in the new year!) I will share my journey with regular and concise updates right here on For Health’s Sake.
But the first order of business is preparing the mind for such a change… very intense! But I know I can do it… Health Challenge 2014 (hch2014) here I come :)
